Orbnow (“the App”) is a service for briefly sharing the “now” of places and the world.

- Videos posted by users
- Text attached to posts
- Location-related information associated with posts
- Technical information necessary for app operation, improvement, bug investigation, and safety
Location Information
The App uses location information to record post locations, display posts, and show nearby content.
If location blur is enabled, posted locations are displayed with an approximate blur radius of 1 km.
Purpose of Use
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Displaying posts
- Showing posts on the map and globe
- Providing and improving app features
- Investigating bugs
- Maintaining safety and security
Retention Period
Posted videos, text, and location-related post data are generally deleted automatically one hour after posting.
In some cases, deletion may be delayed briefly due to technical reasons.
Sharing with Third Parties
Except where required by law, we do not sell or improperly provide collected information to third parties.
Security
We take reasonable measures to help prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of information.
Use by Minors
Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian where appropriate.
